You can change the backend of the website and have the same website changes in app. However, if you want to add a menu in the application that is on the front end not linked to the website, it is impossible. Unless you edit the code yourself in Android Studio or an IDE of your choice. And yes, it is possible to add admob via Android Studio. I can add the AdMob components and you add them yourself as it is sensitive information.
