I can develop the SMS chatbot as requested. but can you provide the Twilio and OpenAI GPT API credentials so I can begin the development and testing. This is essential due to the complexity of the project. i can use python and flask as backend and js for the frontend.

Ok, 1) how much cost would it be to make it as a desktop app? Instead of just a python script? 2) it's understood that this WILL NOT involve "regular" emailing from Gmail, or smtp, etc .. but it will automate emailing from within Google docs. So can we confirm if the Google drive API allows for this function ?
Sorry for the late reply! I was caught up in a project and couldn't respond sooner. Regarding your questions, The cost of developing a desktop app is about 30$ with all the support you need. and Yes the Google Drive API does allow for automating emails from within Google Docs.
