Proof Integrity Standards

Every task you submit is checked so buyers get the work they paid for. To keep your account in good standing, your proof must meet these standards:

1. Follow the job instructions. Submit exactly what the job asks for, in every proof field.
2. Make it complete and clear. Screenshots must be full and readable, and show everything the instructions ask for.
3. Submit your own work, for this job. Each proof must come from you doing this task. Don't reuse proof from another task, and don't share your proof with other freelancers or use theirs.
4. Get verification right. A wrong PCODE or a wrong answer to a verification question is rated Not Satisfied. Open the job link from the task page and complete the task in the same browser window.
5. Use one account. Each person may have only one SproutGigs account.

If a submission doesn't meet these standards, you'll be notified and must acknowledge the alert before you continue working. Penalties grow with repeated violations and can include a balance deduction, a hold on withdrawals, a lower freelancer level, a temporary suspension and, for repeated or serious violations, a permanent ban. Sharing proof with other freelancers or using more than one account leads to a permanent ban.

We don't disclose how violations are detected. If you believe a penalty was applied by mistake, contact support.
